Shipping costs
On this page you will find all information about the shipment of Pack-Store orders.
- Shipping costs may vary by region: click here for an overview of the UK shipping zones;
- During the checkout process, the shipping costs will be calculated automatically. After you have entered your zip code, the shipping costs will appear on your screen;
- Shipping costs are including custom clearance fee (EU Border);
- Shipping costs are excluding VAT, import duties and custom clearance fee (UK border);
- Parcel shipments (DPD)
- Customs fee: £ 4,25 - £ 20 per shipment (depending on invoice value and number of products)
- Duties: 6,5%
- VAT: 20% (a registered company can reclaim the VAT in the UK)
- Pallet shipments (Rhenus Logistics)
- Customs fee: £ 60 - £ 100 per shipment (depending on invoice value and number of products)
- Duties: 6,5%
- VAT: 20% (a registered company can reclaim the VAT in the UK)
- Parcel shipments (DPD)
The above customs fees are determined by the carriers and are subject to change. Sustainable Packaging Webshop BV cannot be held liable for a change in the rates.
