Shipping costs

At Pack-Store, you pay per box for the shipment of your order. The shipping costs will be visible during the checkout process: our system automatically calculates the shipping costs based on the shipping address. On this page, we’ve listed all the shipping costs for your convenience.

Countries marked with a (*) are countries with different shipping zones. The price shown is the rate for the cheapest shipping zone. Rates vary per zone and are automatically calculated based on zip code. View the exact costs on the checkout page.

Delivery times

At Pack-Store, orders are processed every business day at 1 PM.  If you place your order before 1 PM on a business day, it will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 1 PM or over the weekend will require an additional business day for processing. The exact delivery time varies per region.

* Our carriers make every effort to deliver your order on time. Nevertheless, unexpected circumstances can sometimes lead to delays and a postponed delivery of your order. Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, you will receive an email with a track & trace link to track the progress of your order.

Pallet shipments

At Pack-Store we understand that not all our customers have access to exchange pallets. To avoid additional transport movements, we deliver pallet shipments on rPP pallets or on disposable wooden pallets. The plastic rPP disposable pallets are made from recycled material and can in turn be reused or completely recycled. The disposable wooden pallets are also of such quality that they can be reused.
