How can I return the product I ordered? 

Returning products is subject to the same rules as exchanging products. In this case too, you can return the product, at your own expense, using the right of withdrawal form.  

The return or exchange procedure is as follows:

  1. Make sure the blue plastic bag remains unopened;
  2. Fill in the right of withdrawal form (Click here to download the Withdrawal form);
  3. Print out the form and submit it with the return shipment;
  4. Hand the parcel over to the nearest post office or package pick-up point.

Please note! We only process returns that have been sent back following the procedure mentioned above!

How can I exchange the product I ordered for another product? 

If you want to exchange your order for another product, this is certainly possible. You can return the order within 14 days, at your own expense, and place another order. When returning products, you have to fill in the right of withdrawal form and return it with your order. The account with which the order was paid will be refunded within 14 days for the cost of the product. 

When can I not exchange or return my order? 

You cannot exchange or return your order if you have already opened the blue plastic bag in the box. All Sustainable Packaging Webshop B.V. packaging is produced under strict food safety standards. A box that contains a blue plastic bag that has been opened is, therefore, an unsalable item for Sustainable Packaging Webshop B.V. 

When will my order be refunded? 

If your return meets the conditions as described above, the cost of the products ordered will be refunded within 14 days of receipt of the returned order. The refund will be made to the account that was used to pay for the order.
