On our website you can easily and safely place an order. The products can be ordered in low quantities (minimum 1 box).
It is possible to order from us with or without an account. If you already have a Pack-Store account, please log in before you start shopping. After you have added your products to the shopping basket, you can complete your order. You can pay safely with PayPal, Mastercard, Visa and Maestro via the secured Multisafepay platform. As soon as the payment has been approved, you will automatically receive an order confirmation in your inbox.
If you place your order on working days before 1 p.m., it will be shipped the same day!
If you have a discount code, you can enter it in your shopping basket. The discount will be applied directly and visible here.

Orders received (and paid for) before 1 p.m. on working days will be shipped the same day. You will receive an email from us with the track & trace code, so you can track your order online. Generally speaking, your order will be delivered to you within 2-5 working days (provided there is a delay with the carrier). If a different delivery time applies, we will clearly indicate this in the product description. Unfortunately, there are factors that can delay a delivery that are beyond our control. In the unlikely event that the order will be delivered later, you will be informed as soon as possible and we will do our best to deliver the order to you as soon as possible.
The order will be delivered to the address you provide. You can change the delivery address in your account settings or during checkout. It is also possible to change your delivery address and keep the billing address. You can adjust this during the ordering process. Once your order is confirmed, it is not possible to change the delivery address. If you are not present at the time of delivery, then your order may be delivered to the neighbours.
Our orders are delivered by DPD / DHL / TNT (parcel) and KLG Europe / Raben Logistics / Rhenus Logistics (pallets).
